About
A seven-year practice, principal-led.
Brixton Infrastructure is an independent energy advisory practice in Los Angeles, California; founded as Brixton Energy in 2019 and relaunched as Brixton Infrastructure in 2026.
The principal
Fifteen years on the other side of the table.
Brixton Infrastructure's principal, Seyi Adeyemi, has spent over 15 years structuring and executing energy deals for independent power producers with counterparties including big Wall Street banks, other IPPs, and a small town in Texas. Over that period Seyi has negotiated and executed over 700 MW of project power purchase agreements and structured over 3 GWh of energy, capacity, and REC hedges.
That offtake track record sits alongside Seyi's development and M&A experience: designing and implementing community solar market strategies, and securing over 1,000 MW of site control for solar and energy storage development. Seyi has also originated, negotiated, closed, and supported diligence on over 3 GW of project acquisitions and sales, on both the buy and the sell side.
That combination of development and transaction experience gives Brixton Infrastructure a full-lifecycle perspective, from securing site control and structuring a project's earliest contracts through closing acquisitions and dispositions at scale. Clients work with an advisor who knows what drives value, risk, and execution certainty in energy transactions.
Originally from London, England, Seyi graduated with degrees in Natural Sciences and Theoretical Physics from the University of Cambridge and Imperial College, University of London. His career in energy began at a large utility in Germany in 2008, and he moved to the United States in 2011 as the renewable energy industry found its feet and began its rapid growth. Seyi remains committed to helping organizations navigate the energy transition.
